Reading Groups Do you like company, a good chat, reading aloud or being read to? If any of this sounds like you, why not come along to one of our friendly reading groups? You’ll be welcome to sit, read (or just listen) and chat with us about the literature chosen each week. There is no charge (or homework!). Please call us to find out the most convenient time and place for shared-reading on offer near you.
Mood Health and Well-being Exploring the links between mood, health and mental health and wellbeing. The workshop aims to increase awareness of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise.
Self Advocacy Supporting people with mental health problems to learn and develop new skills that enable them to be fully informed of their rights, options and choices. This workshop aims to provide people with the skills to effectively speak up for themselves and make sure that their voices are heard.
Carers This workshop provides information for carers about their rights, entitlements and the different options available to them, aiming to develop their skills to effectively speak up for themselves and make sure that their voices are heard. Please register your interest as more dates will be announced soon for the summer 2018.
